What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item for a return to be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the issue.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location but should arrive within 5-10 days from date of shipping.
Where are your products manufactured?
We've partnered with greenhouses in Southern California and Central Florida. Surrounded by all the prominent plant growers in the US, these greenhouses are strategically based to ensure the plants are in transit for the shortest amount of time possible. How much does shipping cost?
At the moment shipping is the customer's responsibility and calculated based on weight. We're constantly working to improve costs and hope to provide better shipping rates in the near future.
